We report a case of 17-year-old female with Müllerian agenesis who presented right sided abdominal pain clinically suspicious for acute appendicitis. Structured histopathology (SHP) is a method of analyzing sinonasal tissue to characterize endotypes chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
