This study reports the diagnosis and surgical management of atlanto-axial instability with an oblique axial fracture in a dog. The was diagnosed by radiography Computed Tomography (CT). In CT views, appearance distortion atlantoaxial articular surface interpreted as instability. stabilization achieved cancellous screws.
