Femoral neck fractures need to be treated in their early stages with accurate reduction and stable fixation reduce complications. The authors compared the radiologic outcomes of femoral recently introduced Neck System (FNS, Depuy-Synthes) conventional cannulated screws (CS) a multicenter design.
