A novel scheme for utilizing the regular structure of three neighborhood additive cellular automata (CAs) pseudoexhaustive test pattern generation is introduced. The vector space generated by a CA can be decomposed into several cyclic subspaces. cycle corresponding to an m-dimensional subspace has been shown pseudoexhaustively n-input circuit (n>or=m). Such supply (m-1) bit exhaustive including all-zeros (m-1)-tuple. Schemes have reported specifying how one or more subsets cell positions...

Abstract “Soft” muons with a transverse momentum below 10 GeV are featured in many processes studied by the CMS experiment, such as decays of heavy-flavor hadrons or rare tau lepton decays. Maximizing selection efficiency for these muons, while simultaneously suppressing backgrounds from long-lived light-flavor hadron decays, is therefore important success physics program. Multivariate techniques have been shown to deliver better muon identification performance than traditional techniques....

The orientation of the fractures and stresses within coal seams plays a critical role in gas production from coalbed methane reservoirs. In this study, we used resistivity images sonic logs to investigate these parameters, aiming (1) establish relationship between fracture orientations polarization angles fast shear waves (2) detect active seam. Shear anisotropic formations are split into slow components, with Alford’s rotation method determine wave. We found that wave aligns direction...

We present an analysis based on models of the intrinsic transverse momentum partons in nucleons by studying dilepton Drell-Yan events. Using parameter tuning event generators and existing data from fixed-target experiments, Tevatron, LHC, our investigation spans three orders magnitude center-of-mass energy two invariant mass. The results show energy-scaling behavior parameters, independent mass at a given energy.
