We present the case of an 18-year-old high-level gymnast who sustained a stress fracture scaphoid associated with distal radial epiphysiolysis. Clinical evaluation demonstrated decreased range motion affected wrist and insidious pain on snuffbox tenderness physis. Apresenta-se o relato de caso um ginasta 18 anos idade, que recebeu diagnóstico fratura por estresse do escafoide combinada com epifisiólise distal rádio, e descreve-se seu tratamento.
