We investigate the Higgs boson production through gluon fusion and its decay into two photons at LHC in context of minimal 3-3-1 model alternative version with exotic leptons. The diphoton channel presents an enhanced signal this compared to standard due presence extra singly charged vector a doubly one. Prospects for detection 7 TeV center-of-mass energy up $10\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ are presented. Our results suggest that from these models can potentially explain...
The forward-backward asymmetry ${A}_{\mathrm{FB}}$ in top quark pair production, measured at the Tevatron, is probably related to contribution of new particles. Tevatron result more than a $2\ensuremath{\sigma}$ deviation from standard model prediction and motivates application alternative models introducing states. However, as predictions for total cross section ${\ensuremath{\sigma}}_{tt}$ invariant mass distribution ${M}_{tt}$ this process are good agreement with experiments, any must...
We search for signatures of the extra neutral gauge boson $ Z^\prime$, predicted in some extensions Standard Model, from analysis distributions $p + p \longrightarrow \mu^+ \mu^- X$, where only exotic particle involved is Z^\prime$. In addition to invariant mass and charge asymmetry distributions, we propose our use transverse momentum distribution ($p_T$) as an observable. do calculation two values LHC center energy (7 14 TeV), corresponding 1 100 fb$^{-1}$ luminosity, order compare...
We study the double-charged vector-bilepton pair production and scalar-bilepton {\it via} $p + p \longrightarrow Y^{++} Y^{--} X$ S_1^{++} S_1^{--} X$, where $Y$ $S_1$ are vector scalar bileptons respectively, in framework of minimal version 3-3-1 model. compute photon, $Z$, $Z^\prime$ s-channel contributions for elementary process bilepton production, to keep correct unitarity behavior $q \bar q$ interaction, we include exotic quark t-channel contribution calculation. explore a mass range...
We perform a study of the charged Higgs production from an $SU(3{)}_{C}\ensuremath{\bigotimes}SU(3{)}_{L}\ensuremath{\bigotimes}U(1{)}_{X}$ model with right-handed neutrinos, postulating custodial symmetry which reduces number free parameters in scalar potential. compute cross sections for scalars typical and new modes. One $SU(3{)}_{L}$ neutral gauge bosons, ${Z}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, affects some distinguishing other standard extensions like, example, minimal supersymmetric general two-Higgs...
We develop a $\mathrm{SU}(3{)}_{C}\ensuremath{\bigotimes}\mathrm{SU}(3{)}_{L}\ensuremath{\bigotimes}\mathrm{U}(1{)}_{X}$ model where the number of fermion generations is fixed by cancellation gauge anomalies, being type 3-3-1 with new charged leptons. Similarly to economical models, symmetry breaking achieved effectively two scalar triplets so that spectrum particles at TeV scale contains just $CP$ even scalars, one which recently discovered Higgs boson, plus scalar. Such sector simpler than...
The production of W+W− pair in hadron colliders was calculated up to loop corrections by some authors the Electroweak Standard Model (SM) framework. This also calculated, at tree level, extensions SM such as vector singlet, fermion mirror and doublet models considering contributions new neutral gauge bosons exotic fermions. obtained results for e+e− pp collisions pointed out that physics are quite important. motivates us calculate a more massive charged boson predicted SU(3)C×SU(3)L×U(1)X...
Within the 3-3-1 model framework, we consider production and decay of fermionic leptoquarks into a striking experimental signature at LHC: narrow resonance $b$ jet plus same-sign dileptons channel. The data already accumulated by LHC collaborations may hide large number events associated to such exotic quarks, allowing one investigate portions parameters space model. observation or not would shed light on construction models presenting heavy quarks.
Some extensions of the standard model predict existence particles having two units leptonic charge, known as bileptons. One such models is based on $SU(3)_c\times SU(3)_L\times U(1)_X$ symmetry group (3-3-1 model, for short). Our search uses minimal version 3-3-1 exotic charges quarks and new gauge bosons. This predicts bileptons vector one ($V^{\pm}$) ($Y^{\pm\pm}$) electric charge. We study signatures production four leptons by considering contribution a pair in $p p $ collisions three...
We study the process $e^- + e^+ \to e^- e^-$ for ILC and CLIC energy regimes, in minimal 3-3-1 model framework. The main contributions, production of two bileptons each one decaying into same-sign leptons, come from s-channel annihilation ({\it via} $γ, Z$ ${Z^\prime}$) t-channel electron exchange. evaluate number events an extra neutral gauge boson mass $M_{Z^\prime}$ range 1 TeV to 3 TeV. compare some distributions with Standard Model background order extract a possible signature...
Our aim is to establish some signatures of the extra neutral gauge boson X0, predicted in a version SU(3)c x SU(3)L U(1)x model with right-handed neutrinos, by considering process p+p → X0 + X0* X. In this work, we show results concerning LHC energy regime (√s = 14 TeV) and projected luminosity. Some distributions are shown width calculated. We conclude that hadron colliders can clear signature for existence comparing its production Z pair production.
In light of the recent result published by Fermilab Muon [Formula: see text] experiment, we investigate a simple model that includes particles fractional electric charges: color-singlet fermion and scalar with charges text], respectively. Given lepton flavor violation processes impose stringent constraints certain scenarios beyond Standard Model, evaluate one-loop...
It was explored a new $SU(3)_{L} \otimes U(1)_{X}$ electroweak extension of the Standard Model, where particles arise with peculiar signatures as heavy fractionally charged leptons and electrical neutral quarks, among others. We examine branching fraction lifetime in order to discriminate if they could be identified long-lived particle candidates. In addition, it compared production cross-section for these exotic through Drell-Yan process LHC future hadron facilities.
It is remarkable that the measured Higgs boson mass so close to value which maximizes decay rate photons as predicted by Standard Model. In this work we explore consequences assume an $\sim 125$ GeV not accidental, but fixed some fundamental principle enforces it maximize its into photons. The motivated evidence only a very small volume of parameters space Model, contains their values, could lead maximal with mass. If actually holds, several Model features get fixed, number fermion families,...
We obtain bounds for the mass of extra neutral gauge boson, ${Z^\prime}$, predicted by two versions ${SU (3)_C \times SU (3)_L U (1)_X}$ model, namely one corresponding to its minimal version and another where neutrinos are allowed have right-handed projection. explore $\sqrt s$ from 0.5 TeV 5 region, that will be accessible in next linear colliders (ILC CLIC). used process $e^+ + e^- \longrightarrow f^+ f^-$, with $f=μ$, $c$ $b$ energy dependent lower $M_{Z^\prime}$, within 95% C.L.,...

We present a new model based on the SU(3)xSU(2)xU(1) symmetry, in which there is consistent set of chiral fermion fields that renders free from anomalies. The fermions do not share usual family structure Standard Model and some them have exotic electric charges, as quarks X Y with charge 5/3 -4/3, respectively. Interestingly, contains heavy neutral lepton may be dark matter candidate. Two Higgs doublets are our construction, so two CP even scalars particle spectrum. One similar to boson,...
