ConclusionsIsopropylepinephrine, a non-pressor homologue of epinephrine increases cardiac rhythmicity, as indicated by the abolition carotid sinus induced standstill, and an increase ventricular rate in complete heart block. This drug may be practical value therapy prevention sudden standstill.
