In this report, we explore the capability of macromolecules to interdigitate into densely grafted molecular brush copolymers. We demonstrate that by using tendency for stereocomplexation between poly(l-lactide) and poly(d-lactide) as a driving force complementary linear polymers copolymers can form stereocomplex. In this study, the effect of 18-crown-6 on stability oxytocin in aqueous solution was explored. The study found that while 12-crown-4 and 15-crown-5 do not stabilize oxytocin, does have a stabilizing citrate/phosphate buffer at pH 4.5. The aim of the present study was to identify effect D-(+)-glucosamine, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, tetraethyleneglycol, and mixture these additives on stability oxytocin in phosphate acetate buffer solutions, at pH 4.5.
