Three new species of the earthworm genus Zapatadrilus are described from Tamaulipas, Mexico: aurelius sp. nov., huastecus and montezumensis nov. Delimitation was supported by morphological molecular (genetic distances) evidence. Diagnostic characters three include: tubulo-racemose prostates in segments 18 20, penial setae absent, typhlosole present intestine beginning 17/18. Z. is separated its metandric condition, last hearts 13 shape spermathecae patterns genital markings.
