Novel heteroscorpionate-containing titanium complexes, TiCl3(bdmpza) and TiCl2(bdmpza){O(CH2)4Cl} (bdmpza = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetate), have been prepared. Toluene solutions of these complexes with methylaluminoxane catalyze the polymerization ethylene show a high catalytic activity.

The synthesis of self-reinforced polyethylene-based materials prepared by in-situ polymerisation is described. methodology developed uses MCM-41 mesoporous material in a triple role: as catalyst carrier for ethylene within its pores and channels first stage, nanofiller the formed polyethylene matrix during useful lifetime and, finally, promoter long-term waste disposal. As evidenced FTIR analysis, when polymer under these confined conditions different interactions between occur, compared to...

Abstract The ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of trimethylene carbonate (TMC) initiated by a monoalcohol and catalyzed CH 3 SO H is investigated, in an effort to reveal extra features the known activated monomer/active chain‐end (AM/ACE) combined mechanism. Size‐exclusion chromatography (SEC) profiles obtained with high‐molar‐mass samples show poly(trimethylene carbonate) (PTMC) fraction generated AM/ACE molar mass that exactly twice PTMC coming from pure AM. Conversely, prepared diol...

Abstract The synthesis and characterisation of several functionalised polyethylenes, obtained by direct copolymerisation ethylene with 10‐undecenoic acid (UA), have been carried out. Two metallocene complexes C s symmetry different bridges were used: a dimethylsilyl bridge complex Me 2 Si(Cp)(Flu)ZrCl phenylidene Ph C(Cp)(Flu)ZrCl . For comparison, results the Cp ZrCl /MAO system are also reported. activity depends strongly on added amount UA comonomer. High incorporation levels up to 7.3...

Pose estimation is one of the most important problems in computer vision. It can be divided two different categories - absolute and relative may involve types camera models: central non-central. State-of-the-art methods have been designed to solve separately these problems. This paper presents a unified framework that able any pose problem by alternating optimization techniques between set parameters, rotation translation. In order make this possible, it necessary define an objective...

The dipolar relaxation mechanisms present in solid chloropentamethylbenzene have been studied using the technique of thermally stimulated discharge currents (TSDC). A peak observed at ca. −150 °C has attributed to onset reorientational freedom crystal and is believed correspond transition between an ordered phase a rotationally disordered phase. At higher temperatures, 10 °C, another appears TSDC spectrum chloropentamethylbenzene, whose assignment molecular level not yet completely...

Abstract Ethylene‐ co ‐(5,7‐dimethylocta‐1,6‐diene) copolymers with various 5,7‐dimethylocta‐1,6‐diene contents incorporate double bonds in the lateral chains that facilitate development of crosslinkings resulting polymeric material after electron beam irradiation. As an effect such irradiation, crystallization is delayed but crystallinity remains practically constant melting and further cooling irradiated specimens. Crystallinity, crystallite thickness gel content are key parameters...
