Abstract Nickel acetylacetonate of 0.2 M aqueous solution is used to synthesize (NiO) thin films by pulsed spray pyrolysis method onto glass substrates. Structural and morphological properties the deposited were examined using (XRD) (FESEM) techniques. The results revealed that at low substrate temperatures short time, obtained amorphous, whereas higher long time has a cubic phase. Cross-sectional FESEM properly estimate thicknesses. energy band gap calculated be 3.52–3.89 eV optical...

Abstract Pure nanostructured thin films of nickel stannite (NiSnO 3 ; NSO) semiconducting oxide are synthesized by a simple pulsed spray pyrolysis technique on glass substrates at different deposition temperatures and times. XRD recorded patterns exhibit polycrystalline nature for the deposited films. The Raman spectra provide confirmation presence Sn–O Ni–O bands. FESEM demonstrates membrane-like structure with hexagonal pores’ formation diameter sizes. NSO energy bandgap is calculated to...

Abstract To cumbersome separation of the very fine photocatalyst particles from treated water, uniform, homogenic, and well‐adhered immobilized cobalt‐modified bismuth oxide thin films were deposited on glass substrates using pulsed spray pyrolysis technique. The parameters deposition optimized response surface method (RSM). Three preparation variables, namely, time deposition, temperature, Co‐ratio have been studied to investigate their effects degradation rate constant ofloxacin as a...

The electrosynthesis, structural characterization, morphology, electrochemical and optical properties of poly‐(3‐cyclopromylmethylpyrrole) (PCMPy), a new, hydrophobic, conducting polymer, are reported in this communication. PCMPy films were obtained on Pt electrodes by electrooxidation 0.1 M 3‐cyclopropylmethylpyrrole (CMPy) acetonitrile solutions the presence tetrabutylammonium perchlorate. These present strong electroactivity, their conductivity (about 32 S cm−1), is comparable to that...
