We calculate the ${\mathit{D}}^{\mathrm{*}}$D\ensuremath{\pi} and ${\mathit{B}}^{\mathrm{*}}$B\ensuremath{\pi} couplings using QCD sum rules on light cone. In this approach, large-distance dynamics is incorporated in a set of pion wave functions. take into account two-particle three-particle functions twist 2, 3, 4. The resulting values coupling constants are ${\mathit{g}}_{\mathit{D}}^{\mathrm{*}}$D\ensuremath{\pi}=12.5\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1...
The production of (anti-)deuteron and (anti-)$^{3}\text{He}$ nuclei in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{{s}_{\mathrm{NN}}}=2.76$ TeV has been studied using the ALICE detector LHC. spectra exhibit a significant hardening with increasing centrality. Combined blast-wave fits several particles support interpretation that this behavior is caused by an increase radial flow. integrated particle yields are discussed context coalescence thermal-statistical model expectations. ratios, $^{3}\text{He}/d$...

The first measurement of the cross section for coherent J/$\psi$ photoproduction as a function $|t|$, square momentum transferred between incoming and outgoing target nucleus, is presented. data were measured with ALICE detector in ultra-peripheral Pb-Pb collisions at centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 5.02$ TeV produced central rapidity region $|y|<0.8$, which corresponds to small Bjorken-$x$ range $(0.3-1.4) \times 10^{-3}$. $|t|$-dependence not described by...
This article presents groomed jet substructure measurements in pp and Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector. The soft drop grooming algorithm provides access to hard parton splittings inside a by removing wide-angle radiation. We report momentum splitting fraction, z_{g}, (scaled) radius, θ_{g}. Charged-particle jets are reconstructed midrapidity using anti-k_{T} resolution parameters R=0.2 R=0.4. In heavy-ion collisions, large underlying event poses challenge for...
The ALICE Collaboration has studied the inclusive production of charmonium state ψ(2S) in proton-lead (p-Pb) collisions at nucleon-nucleon centre mass energy $$ \sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}} = 5.02 TeV CERN LHC. measurement was performed forward (2.03 < y cms 3.53) and backward (−4.46 −2.96) rapidities, studying decays into muon pairs. In this paper, we present cross sections σ ψ(2S), both integrated as a function transverse momentum p T, for two domains. results are compared to those obtained 1S...

Understanding the production mechanism of light (anti)nuclei is one key challenges nuclear physics and has important consequences for astrophysics, since it provides an input indirect dark-matter searches in space. In this paper, latest results about pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV are presented, focusing on comparison with predictions coalescence thermal models. For first time, parameters $B_2$ deuterons $B_3$ helions compared parameter-free theoretical that directly constrained by...
Abstract The study of the production nuclei and antinuclei in pp collisions has proven to be a powerful tool investigate formation mechanism loosely bound states high-energy hadronic collisions. The measurement of two-particle angular correlations is a powerful tool to study jet quenching in ${p}_{T}$ region inaccessible by direct identification. In these measurements pseudorapidity ($\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}\ensuremath{\eta}$) and azimuthal ($\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}\ensuremath{\varphi}$) differences are used extract the shape near-side peak formed particles associated with higher trigger particle ($1<{p}_{T,\mathrm{trig}}<8\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{GeV}/c$).
