Abstract In this study, two poly(acrylic acid)/alumina (PAA/alumina) nanocomposites with varied polymer loadings were prepared via in situ polymerization of preadsorbed acrylic acid. In the present study, three kinds of functional wound dressings (Zn@Cotton, Ag@Cotton, and Ag/Zn@Cotton) were developed by template-assisted magnetron sputtering cotton nonwovens.
