LiBH4 with high hydrogen storage density, is regarded as one of the most promising materials. Nevertheless, it suffers from dehydrogenation temperature and poor reversibility for practical use. Nanoconfinement effective in achieving low favorable reversibility. Besides, graphene can serve supporting materials catalysts also destabilize via interfacial reaction. However, has never been used alone a frame material nanoconfining LiBH4. In this study, microflowers large pore volumes were...

tRNAScan-SE is a tRNA detection program that widely used for annotation; however, the false positive rate of unacceptable large sequences. Here, we machine learning method to try improve results. A new predictor, tRNA-Predict, was designed. We obtained real and pseudo-tRNA sequences as training data sets using constructed three different feature sets. then set up an ensemble classifier, LibMutil, predict tRNAs from data. The 623 tRNAdb 2009 negative predicted by tRNAscan-SE. Our in silico...

Detection of dysphonia is useful for monitoring the progression phonatory impairment patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), and also helps assess severity. This paper describes statistical pattern analysis methods to study different vocal measurements sustained phonations. The feature dimension reduction procedure was implemented by using sequential forward selection (SFS) kernel principal component (KPCA) methods. Four selected measures were projected KPCA onto bivariate space, in which...

In order to enhance the plasma nitriding efficiency and improve hardness wear resistance of 316L austenitic stainless steel, severe plastic deformation was adopted prior nitriding. The microstructure, phase constituents, samples after were determined by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffractometer, microhardness tester universal friction tester. results showed that had significant enhancement effect on efficiency. Under same parameters 420 °C 4 h, thickness layer increased from 6.36 μm...

High-resolution knee joint vibroarthrographic (VAG) signals can help physicians accurately evaluate the pathological condition of a degenerative joint, in order to prevent unnecessary exploratory surgery. Artifact cancellation is vital preserve quality VAG prior further computer-aided analysis. This paper describes novel method that effectively utilizes ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) and detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) algorithms for removal baseline wander white noise...

Images uploaded to the cloud may be confidential or related personal private information, so they need encrypted before uploading storage. At service provider side, appending additional information is usually required for transmission database management. Reversible data hiding in images (RDHEI) serves as a technical solution. Recent RDHEI schemes successfully utilize spatial correlation between image pixel values vacate spare room hiding, however, payload can further improved. This paper...

ABSTRACT Unpasteurized raw apple juice processed by microfiltration (MF) or ultrafiltration (UF) was evaluated for quality and the methods compared process efficiency. Juice permeate analyzed total solids, soluble color, turbidity, pH acidity. Apple MF significantly (p < 0.05) darker, more turbid, contained higher solids than with UF, preferred a taste panel. per unit time UF under similar operating conditions no noticeable difference in power consumption (watt‐hr/L).

Analysis of quantified voice patterns is useful in the detection and assessment dysphonia related phonation disorders. In this paper, we first study linear correlations between 22 parameters fundamental frequency variability, amplitude variations, nonlinear measures. The highly correlated vocal are combined by using discriminant analysis method. Based on probability density functions estimated Parzen-window technique, propose an interclass risk (ICPR) method to select with small ICPR values...

To achieve large-scale hydrogen storage for growing high energy density and long-life demands in end application, the 2LiBH4-MgH2 (LMBH) reactive hydride system attracts huge interest owing to its capacity thermodynamically favorable reversibility. The sluggish dehydrogenation kinetics unsatisfactory cycle life, however, remain two challenges. Herein, a bimetallic titanium-niobium oxide with two-dimensional nanoflake structure (2D TiNb2O7) is selected elaborately as an active precursor that...
