A simple high-performance thin-layer chromatographic (HPTLC) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of pharmacologically important quinazoline alkaloids vasicine and vasicinone in Adhatoda vasica. The assay combines separation quantification analytes on silica gel 60 GF254 HPTLC plates with visualisation under UV scanning at 270 281 nm. Using this technique, alkaloidal content different parts title plant have determined.
A simple high performance thin layer chromatographic (HPTLC) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of pharmacologically important active curcuminoids viz. curcumin, demthoxycurcumin and bis-demethoxycurcumin in Curcuma longa L. The assay combines separation quantification analytes on silica gel 60 GF254 HPTLC plates with visualisation under UV scanning at 425 nm. Using this technique, alkaloidal content different parts title plant determined.
Several polyherbal formulations containing senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaves are available in the Indian market for treatment of constipation. The purgative effect is due to presence two unique hydroxy anthracene glycosides sennosides A and B. HPTLC method quantitative analysis B present formulation has been developed. Methanol extract was analyzed on a silica gel 60 GF254 plates with spot visualization under UV scanning at 350 nm absorption/reflection mode. Calibration curves were found be...
Abstract Background: Pesticide residue in fish is a global food safety concern. However, very few validated methods are available targeting simultaneous analysis of multiple classes pesticides. Objective: The aim this study was to validate quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe workflow–based method for the quantitative determination multiclass pesticides matrix using GC-MS determination. Method: sample extracted with acetonitrile, cleanup involved dispersive solid-phase extraction...
The presence of undesirable substances, including pesticides (xenobiotics) in betel leaf (Piper betel), is a great concern for consumers because it chewed and consumed directly. To protect the consumer's health, modified QuEChERS method monitoring purposes subsequent decontamination process has been developed. goal this work was to establish multi-residue analytical nonpermitted organophosphorus pesticide residues leaf, as well cost-effective cleaning strategies. homogenized 15 g samples (20...
Chemo-selective heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation was employed to synthesise 6-amino-N-methyl-2-quinolone (AMQ) and 6-amino-N-ethyl-2-quinolone (AEQ) establish its structure-activity relationship (SAR) by 1H NMR,13C NMR, FT-IR, LC-MS/MS. AMQ (MIC = 18.2, 16.5 mg/mL) AEQ 19.2, 20.5 mg/mL), were more effective against Aspergillus niger flavous. Both tested on tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) plants assess residual profiles, dissipation patterns, yield effects. Acetonitrile methanol...
Abstract A liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) method consisting gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) determination of thirty six pesticides in environmental waters was standardized. The validated as per SANTE/11813/2017 guidelines. Effect three seasons namely summer, monsoon and winter on monitoring pesticide residues (river, pond tube well) rural area studied subsequently risk assessment evaluated. Within two districts (Nadia North 24paraganas) new alluvial zone eastern India,...
Un-treated wastewater can contaminate surface water and harm huge amounts of life. Toxic compounds like pesticides in the seriously disrupt aquatic ecosystems also, so there is a necessity to monitor their components. It very important determine these at trace levels with an updated method. A modified liquid-liquid extraction process for micro-quantitative determination multiclass multi-residues samples organo-chlorine (OCPs), organo-phosphorus (OPPs), synthetic pyrethroids other by using...
Abstract Jute is a healthy vegetable due to its high content of carotenoids, vitamins, and minerals, in addition industrial utility. The purpose this study was look into the dissipation fenoxaprop-p-ethyl track indirect sources pesticide accumulation jute ecosystems for three years row during tropical monsoon seasons. To avoid intake residues over approved limits, rapid extraction technique developed evaluate herbicide (Whip-Super 9% EC) leaves, fiber, cropped soil, water. A modified...
