解離性体験は臨床場面のみで見られる病理的なものではなく,日常生活の中でも報告されている。本研究では,解離性体験と心理学特性との関連を明らかにするために,大学生205名に対して,解離性体験尺度(DES),悩み体験尺度,情動制御尺度を実施し,相互の関連性を調べた。DES得点を元に4群に分け,分析を行った。その結果,解離性体験が高い人は悩みとの距離が取りにくく,情動制御が苦手,公的自己意識が高いことが示された。これらには主体性の低さが関与している可能性が考えられる。以上の結果から日常解離性体験を多く経験する心理的背景に主体性や制御力の低さ,及び対人不安を感じやすい傾向が関連していると示唆された。
