In this letter, a concept of inflatable wideband stacked microstrip antenna with circular polarization is proposed. The consists two layers substrates including rectangular patches triangle cuts and air gap structure as median layer. Simulated result shows that -10 dB impedance bandwidth the proposed design covers 1.35 to 1.79 GHz (27.5%). has satisfying characteristic right-hand polarization, simulated axial ratio can cover 1.4-1.58 (12.1%). radiation gain are over 8 dBi at working band....
In order to miniaturize antenna size and realize circular polarization characteristic, according the relationship between frequency length of patch, this letter validates a compact polarized microstrip by introducing high dielectric constant substrate (ε <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">r</inf> =16), truncated opposite corners an X-shape slot on patch. Through experimental tests, comparison similar works, it has proved that...
To guarantee the practicability and reliability of an inflatable stacked antenna(ISA) applied in satellite navigation positioning system, a research is carried out this letter on bending deformation flexible material top layer ISA antenna performance. Based supersaturated unsaturated phenomenon ISA, modeling simulated calculation method proposed for wideband circular polarization operating L-band. According to results, characteristic impedance match, directivity are deteriorating with...
This article proposes a small sample space–frequency iterative time-inversion approach for solving the issue of near radiated emission generated by flat cable with high-voltage pulse (HVP) excitation. First, radiation problems HVP system are discussed and propagation mechanism field in range several hundred millimeters is investigated. Then, distributed current voltage along obtained finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. On this basis, theoretical process method detail presented....
A conformal linearly tapered slot balloon antenna operating at eight-octave band is presented in this letter. The consists of circle, rectangular and taper slotline then attached to the surface a cylindrical PDMS membrane balloon. Simulated results show that its bandwidth ranges from 7 57 GHz with voltage standing wave ratio less than 2 good end-fire radiation pattern 14.4 dBi maximum gain, which demonstrates potential proposed microwave millimeter radar application.
