We analyzed long-term results of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with acute syndrome. In 2002–2014, 489 syndrome underwent surgical myocardial revascularization. Information for analysis was obtained by questionnaire via telephone, as well upon outpatient and inpatient examination a patient. Twelve-year survival rate 98%. The repeated surgeries were not performed. CONCLUSION. Obtained treatment regarded favorable.
ABSTRACT. The rupture of the left ventricle free wall is one most dangerous complications myocardial infarction. Due to widespread availability echocardiography method, detection this fatal complication and number lives saved after surgery grew. survival patients depends on early diagnosis, stabilization patient’s condition, promptness tactics surgical intervention. We report a case successful closure 15th day
Aim To study the relationship between type of circulation, severity and localization atherosclerotic damage coronary arteries, results laboratory instrumental tests, historical data in patients with multivascular lesions atrial fibrillation (AF) that developed after bypass surgery.Material methods This was a novel, retrospective elective surgery at Cardiac Surgery Department #1 N.V. Sklifosofsky Research Institute Emergency Care from December, 2018 through 2020. The included 100 patients....
Objective: to study the effect of antioxidant and cardioprotector mexicor on oxidative stress in patients with acute coronary circulatory disorders (ACCD) during perioperative direct myocardial revascularization. Subjects methods. The included 33 ACCD who had undergone bypass surgery. Two groups (a group a control one) were formed. Prior surgery, all received maximum doses antianginal antihypertensive drugs. additionally took mexicor. All operated under extracorporeal circulation moderate...
Introduction . The number of patients with severe ischemic left ventricular dysfunction (ILVD), who undergo coronary artery bypass, increasing each year. ILVD is an established risk factor for mortality in after myocardial revascularization during the early and late postoperative periods. Aim study To evaluate results surgical disease (CAD) ILVD. Material methods included 149 (ejection fraction (EF) ≤39%), operated from January 2002 to December 2018. different variables were assessed (pre-...
Ischemic heart disease holds the leading position in structure of cardiovascular diseases. Early reperfusion therapy for acute myocardial infarction led to a decrease mortality and severe complications coronary artery disease. Despite advances treatment disease, dilatation remodeling left ventricle develop 20% patients who have had attack, mitral insufficiency systolic dysfunction ventricle. Aneurysm is delayed complication infarction, which significantly worsens prognosis. Large aneurysms...

We report the successful surgical treatment of a giant true thrombosed aneurysm left ventricle. A 59-year-old male patient Z. was admitted with severe heart failure and chronic ventricle, formed after acute extensive myocardial infarction, despite installation stent into anterior descending artery in period. Echocardiography revealed significant increase volume ventricular cavity, decrease contractile function myocardium (ejection fraction 32-36%), (9x6 cm) parietal lining thrombus cavity....
INTRODUCTION The cause of heart failure in patients with coronary artery disease after anterior myocardial infarction may be dilatation the cavity left ventricle (LV) subsequent unfavorable course disease. In case early reperfusion, which prevents transmural necrosis, damaged segment more often becomes akinetic than dyskinetic. Surgical remodeling (SRLV) is aimed at reducing volume and restoring its elliptical shape by eliminating scars and/or dyskinetic segments. AIM OF STUDY To evaluate...
