Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the concentrations of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOX) around Qom (a province in Iran) combined cycle power plant relation seasonal variations fuel type from December 2014 May 2015. Passive sampling was used three monitoring sites assess noncarcinogenic health risks associated with exposure SO2 NOX. Results showed higher NOX winter than spring. The highest (when plants gasoil) spring gas fuel) were 52.70 ± 21.70/52.70 13.20 22.10 7.00...

We report on the development of a simple and cost-effective potentiometric sensor array that is based manual “drawing” polymeric support with pencils composed graphite different types zeolites. The demonstrates distinct sensitivity towards variety inorganic ions in aqueous media. This multisensor system has been successfully applied to quantitative analysis 100 real-life surface waters sampled Mahananda Hooghly rivers West Bengal state (India). Partial least squares regression utilized...

In this study a variety of novel symmetrically and asymmetrically functionalized pillar[5]arenes were synthesized, structurally characterized applied as ionophores in PVC-plasticized membrane potentiometric sensors. During the sensitivity studies it was found that these sensors demonstrate pronounced cationic response towards different metal ions aqueous solutions. A selectivity evaluation revealed developed do not possess sharp preferences to particular ions, but offer broad...

Natural gas is a kind of fuel that used in various heating systems for combustion processes. Combustion natural produce such air pollutants as CO2, NOx, SOx, PM, CO, and HC. During cold days, total consumption Iran goes up. Thus, these days it likely to make some changes properties can affect the emissions from heaters. Portable flue analyzer (LANCOM III) was for, SO2, NOX, CXHY measurement December 2012 April 2013. Data show heater were different during seasons. On colder country increased,...

Abstract Background This study aimed to measure the concentrations of sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ) and nitrogen oxides (NO X their relationship with variables changing seasons fuel consumption for Qom Combined Cycle Power Plant in three stations around power plant from December 2014 May 2015. Methods In this study, passive sampling was employed monitoring sites plant, namely, Pardisan, Mahdiyeh, Sagheh health risks were assessed non-carcinogenic effects exposure SO NO via inhalation route. Results...
