Negative magnetization, dielectric and magnetodielectric properties of single phase orthorhombic perovskite EuCrO3 were investigated. The magnetization-temperature curve after zero-field-cooling process displays that an antiferromagnetic transition occurs at TN ∼180 K there exists negative magnetization below TN. Detailed experiments reveal the is caused by grain interaction trapped field. exhibits two loss peaks. One related to oxygen vacancies, other associated with a thermal activation...
We reported the magnetic, dielectric and magnetoelectric properties of NdCrO3 polycrystalline ceramics. Magnetization curves revealed two magnetic transitions at 227 K 38 K, which corresponded to Cr3+ canted antiferromagnetic ordering spin reorientation phase transition, respectively. At 11.5 a Schottky-type anomaly was observed, caused by Nd3+ ground doublet Zeeman splitting. High-temperature relaxation exhibited type thermally activated process, mainly resulted from Maxwell–Wagner effect....
With the growing significance of space weather forecasting, multi-layer magnetic and helioseismic telescopes are emerging as a key area research. However, owing to diverse operational processes sophisticated hardware configurations these devices, there is an urgent need for efficient autonomous observation capabilities. An Master Control System (MCS) can ensure performance, data consistency, stability, prototype presented here adopts microservices architecture, breaking down into multiple...
Recently, Laser distance measurement technology has become much more developed, with the evolution of laser technology. measuring equipment are also advancing in direction miniaturization, low power consumption and high accuracy. They widely used transportation, industry, military, aviation, aerospace etc. In order to fulfill requirement miniaturization system, energy emitted is inevitably reduced. To avoid influencing capability when using low-energy lasers, this research presented a...
