This research article investigates the effects of carboxymethyl cellulose and tragacanth gum on rheological, filtration, interfacial properties such as tension, contact angle, zeta potential oil‐in‐water (O/W) emulsion‐based drilling fluids. The emulsification fluid system was achieved well by gum, it demonstrated surfactant properties. It observed that addition these polymers controls rheological parameters filtrate loss characteristics emulsion systems. stability systems analyzed measuring...

This research article investigates the rheological and filtration properties of oil-in-water emulsion required for oil gas well drilling. The emulsions were enhanced by varying concentrations xanthan gum CaCO3. concentration diesel was varied in range 5–30% (v/v). 0.25–1% (w/v) CaCO3  1–4% (w/v). It has been observed that these combinations have favourable up to 70°C temperature which implies developed system may be used as drilling fluid its application sub hydrostatic formations.
