This paper proposes a new type of circuit breaker mechanical characteristic test method, which breaks through the former "contact" sensing technology.It adopts technique multi-data fusion, combines with electrical, sound and vibration, studies characteristics represented by various in this kind "trinity" method.This method can provide more effective way for fault diagnosis institutions, promote development online detection work breaker.
For circuit breaker failure state is difficult to identify quickly, this paper put forward a rapid recognition method of status based on wavelet packet decomposition and Support Vector Machine(SVM).After db3 decomposition, the extracted vibration signal has two-stage classification in SVM will be quickly identified.The experimental results show that system can improve speed fault diagnosis effectively without reducing accuracy.
