We examined the impact of psychological empowerment on employee loyalty, satisfaction, and task performance with survey data from 617 employees a petrochemical company in China. Results based structural equation model showed that had significant positive effect both loyalty performance, which was partially mediated by satisfaction. In addition, we found significantly positively influenced each dimension internal marketing.

This paper is involved with the adaptive control and synchronization problems for an uncertain new hyperchaotic Lorenz system. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, law derived such that trajectory of system unknown parameters can be globally stabilized to unstable equilibrium point uncontrolled Furthermore, approach presented synchronizations between two identical systems, particularly different systems. Numerical simulations show effectiveness method.

This paper reports a new hyperchaotic system by adding an additional state variable into three-dimensional chaotic dynamical system. Some of its basic properties, such as the attractor, Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagram and attractor evolving periodic, quasi-periodic behaviours varying parameter k are studied. An effective nonlinear feedback control method is used to suppress hyperchaos unstable equilibrium. Furthermore, circuit designed realize this electronic workbench (EWB)....
