The structural, morphology and optical properties were characterised using XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM, UV-DRS for the undoped Cu-doped ZnO NPs with varying Cu doping molar concentrations from 0 wt% to 6 through co-precipitation method. presence of a hexagonal wurtzite structure all samples was confirmed by structural study NPs, indicating incorporation Cu2+ ions into lattice substitution average crystallite sizes 25–22 nm. surface analysis indicated growth spherical nanocrystallites fine particles....
In this study, pristine nickel oxide (NiO) and Zn2+ doped NiO nanoparticles (NPs) are synthesised through the chemical precipitation method. Samples were analysed by TG/DTA, XRD, UV-DRS spectroscopy, FT-IR SEM, EDX, TEM, SAED, VSM CV techniques. The XRD result indicates that obtained samples face-centred cubic structure hexagonal structure. SEM TEM images established spherical shape for NPs, respectively. A variation in optical absorption low energy bandgap was observed NPs. phase formation...
Herein, we report synthesis of bare and Sulfur (S) doped SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs) using simple low cost hydrothermal method. S with different concentration (0, 2, 4 6) were in named as SnO2, 2%S:SnO2, 4%S:SnO2 6%S:SnO2, respectively. The synthesized NPs characterized for structural, functional, optical, morphological, electrochemical magnetic properties. XRD confirms the tetragonal structure 6%S:SnO2 NPs. crystallite size microstrain was calculated Scherrer equation, W-H plot, SSP H-W plot...
In this study, the photocatalytic activity of pristine and (Mg+Co) doped tin oxide (SnO2) nanopowders have been investigated towards degradation aqueous solutions Methylene Blue (MB) Malachite Green (MG). addition, antibacterial activities synthesised samples were evaluated against Gram-positive Staphylococus aureus bacteria Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa by well diffusion method. The SnO2: Mg: Co exhibit superior when compared with SnO2. process follows a pseudo-first-order kinetics....
