Based on application of Cu-based alloys and special Ge-based it is from huge interest to study properties the Cu-Ge-X alloys. In this paper selected system Cu-Ge-In. This was previously studied by our group. results are focused electrical mechanical properties. Experimental tests were performed 12 ternary Six different experimental techniques used test The microstructure tested using light optical microscopy (LOM) scanning electron (SEM). composition phases examined energy dispersive...
In this paper results of the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis cobaltite oxidation process were presented. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (ED-XRF) used to determine chemical composition examined cobaltite. The showed that tested sample mainly consists cobalt, sulfur, calcium, arsenic, iron, with a trace amount some other elements. Also, analyses obtained by diffractometry (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM)...
Changes in physical properties such as density, porosity, hardness and electrical conductivity of the Ag-SnO2 Ag-SnO2In2O3 contact materials induced by introduction metal oxide nanoparticles were investigated. Properties obtained silver-metal nanoparticle composites are discussed presented comparison to their counterparts with micro particles well comparable Ag-SnO2WO3 Ag-ZnO materials. Studied silvermetal produced powder metallurgy method from very fine pure silver micro- powders. Very...
Two Cu-Zn-Al alloys with variable content of Zn (25 and 30 wt%) constant Al (4 prepared by induction melting pure metals hot rolled into strips 0.5 mm thickness were thermally processed using three different heat treatments: direct quenching, step-quenching up-quenching boiling water room temperature as the quenchants. The effects composition methods treatment on microstructure transformation temperatures investigated SEM-EDS DSC techniques.
Beside their technological importance in soldering, the low melting eutectic alloys based on bismuth and indium have potential for commercial application field of phase-change materials (PCMs). In this respect, knowledge microstructure thermal properties such as temperature, latent heat melting, supercooling tendency, conductivity, etc. is large importance. study, two ternary Bi-In-Sn were investigated by means scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry...
The results of thermodynamic analysis and characterization some alloys in Bi-Cu-Sb lead-free solder system are presented this paper. Thermodynamic was done using general solution model, while optic microscopy, hardness electroconductivity measurements were used order to determine structural, mechanic electric characteristics selected samples section from bismuth corner with molar ratio Cu:Sb=3:7.
Impact Analysis of Airborn Pollution Due to Magnesium Slag Deposit and Climatic Changes Condition The impact airborne pollution by slag from magnesium production was analyzed under different climate conditions. is characterized X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy, differential thermal analysis atomic absorption analysis. dominant phase the γ modification dicalcium silicate (γ-2CaO SiO 2 ) with significant amounts perclas (MgO), gehlenite - 2CaO Al O 3 , akermanite MgO...
Nanotechnologies are being spoken of as the driving force behind a new industrial revolution. Nanoscience has matured significantly during last decade it transitioned from bench top science to applied technology. Presently, nanomaterials used in wide variety commercial products such electronic components, sports equipment, sun creams and biomedical applications. The size nanoparticles allows them interact strongly with biological structures, so they present potential human environmental...
