A wideband dual-polarization reflectarray unit is proposed in this paper, which applied to broadband antenna. This has parallel and equidistant phases the range of 24-27GHz, flat slope good reflection performance. The simulation results show that gain antenna designed with greater than 29.5dBi at 24-29GHz, performance realized, 3dB bandwidth 18.9%.

A new type of optically transparent metasurface which can be integrated into window glass for 5G outdoor and indoor coverage enhancement is proposed in this paper. The sub-wavelength element achieved peak return loss within 2.8dB phase variation more than 360° during 26GHz - 30GHz. For verification, a simulation demonstration 25 × reflectarray with the focus to diameter ratio (F/D) 0.8 showed that gain at center operating frequency 28GHz could reach 24.5dBi, higher radiation efficiency over 76.8%.
