Ga-PSMA PET/CT is the upcoming imaging modality for staging, restaging and response assessment of prostate cancer. However, due to neuroendocrine differentiation in some patients with cancer, they express somatostatin receptors instead specific membrane antigen. This can be exploited other modalities like Ga-DOTANOC F-FDG should used such cases guiding management. We hereby discuss a similar case 67-year-old man adenocarcinoma differentiation, which shows potential pitfall benefit cases.

Summary. A 25‐year‐old male with severe haemophilia developed deep vein thrombosis of the left upper limb. Venography showed basilic vein. There was no underlying prothrombotic condition. He successfully treated low‐molecular weight heparin.

Abstract We present the case of a 45-year-old woman with known adenoid cystic carcinoma right parotid gland, postexcision and postoperative radiation therapy. She was followed up on 18 F-FDG PET/CT, which revealed minimal local residual disease bilateral lung nodules, for chemotherapy initiated. Postchemotherapy, PET/CT showed metastases. As part ongoing project, 68 Ga-PSMA done additional focal uptake in cerebellum, missed FDG PET/CT. The brain lesion confirmed upon MRI.

Pyomyositis is an infective involvement of systemic skeletal muscles. We discuss the case 43-year-old male who presented with quadriparesis, anemia, and hypercalcemia, leading to suspicion multiple myeloma, on FDG PET-CT, incidentally, pyomyositis was found.
