ZnO nanomaterials are some of the most excellent candidates for low-cost but high-performance photodetectors, particularly in UV region. Besides doping, architecting to extend their application is still attractive developing optoelectronic devices. Thereby, this study introduces innovation nanorod-based photodetectors by combining two techniques, which Cu doping and core/shell structuring. Particularly, active material (ZnO/(Cu-doped ZnO) nanorods) was synthesized a easy fabrication process....

Rice husk is one of the most abundant biomass resources in world, yet it not effectively used. This study focuses on sustainably rice-husk-extracted lignin, nano-lignin (n-Lignin), lignin-capped silver nanoparticles (LCSN), n-Lignin-capped (n-LCSN), and silica-silver (LCSSN), using them for antibacterial activities. The final n-Lignin-based products had a sphere-like structure, which size varied between 50 80 nm. We found that while n-Lignin lignin were less effective against Escherichia...

These days, photodetectors are a crucial part of optoelectronic devices, ranging from environmental monitoring to international communication systems. Therefore, fabricating these devices at low cost but obtaining high sensitivity in wide range wavelengths is great interest. This report introduces simple solution-processed hybrid 2D structure CuO and rGO for broadband photodetector applications. Particularly, acts as the active material, absorbing light generate electron-hole pairs, while...

Optoelectronic devices have various applications in medical equipment, sensors, and communication systems. Photodetectors, which convert light into electrical signals, gained much attention from many research teams. This study describes a low-cost photodetector based on CuO nanoparticles ZnO nanorods operating wide range of wavelengths (395, 464, 532, 640 nm). Particularly, under 395 nm excitation, the heterostructure device exhibits high responsivity, photoconductive gain, detectivity,...

Abstract Zinc oxide nanorods (ZnO NRs) were modified by decorating with silver (Ag) nanoparticles to enhance visible absorption. The morphology, structure and optical properties of the ZnO NRs investigated scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. Photodetectors (PDs) based on successfully detected radiation. result showed high performance sensor ( λ = 400 nm) a maximum responsivity 46 mA W −1 . photoconductive gain Ag/ZnO NR-based PDs was 5.8 times...

A universal approach for a development of nonstoichiometry (NS) measurement technique binary compounds has been proposed. The is based on p i ‐T‐x diagram analysis chemical with different mutual arrangements stoichiometry line, congruent sublimation line and SLV area. NS detection limits PbTe, CdS, CdSe, CdTe, ZnSe, ZnTe from 10 −4 up to 5 × −6 mol.% relative accuracy <18 rel.% were found out the excess component.

Abstract Background Orbital ischemic syndrome is a rare entity. The clinical signs typically demonstrate acute loss of visual acuity, chemosis, proptosis, ptosis, and total ophthalmoparesis. We report case man who suffered an internal carotid artery occlusion developed orbital after mechanical thrombectomy. Case presentation A 57-year-old Vietnamese (Kinh ethnicity) was brought to the emergency room with complaints speech disturbance, facial palsy, severe weakness left arm leg, which had...

Three saponins, oleanolic acid-28- O -ß-D-glucopyranoside (1), chikusetsusaponin V (2), and 3- -ß-D-glucopyranosyl-oleanolic (3) were isolated from the roots of Achyranthes bidentata Blume (Amaranthaceae). No activity was shown in granulocyte phagocytosis test nor potentiation cytotoxicity cisplatin human colon cancer cells. This is first report compounds 1, 2 3 species. Furthermore, NMR data completed partially published data.
