In the context of impact COVID-19 on management information systems, there have been many reports accelerated digital transformation, including in public administration institutions. I discuss meaning term transformation and consider whether actions taken so far by administrations face are actually conducive to or just digitalization alone. Conclusions may suggest how use this induced experience planning transformation.
This article presents business process management (BPM) framework, which considers the specific circumstances in transition economies. The analysis of 47 papers shows that addition to common critical success factors, BPM adoption economies should also consider factors such as environment, external stakeholders impact, ownership, and implementation context. proposed framework contributes theory by offering a solid foundation for future research practice indicating essential constructs effective BPM.

This study proposes and tests an instrument for measuring the understandability of selected business process modelling notation. Based on empirical research, we evaluated differences in notations between groups respondents, experienced inexperienced processes modelling, identified features that determine technique.
