Exercise prescriptions play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. A consensus regarding exercise prescription is important for physical health. The "Consensus statement Chinese experts on prescription" (hereinafter referred to as "Expert Consensus") divides into two categories: fitness medical prescription. Traditional exercises, risk, prescription, basic precautions are explained.
Abstract To investigate whether Kinesio tape (KT) application improves proprioception, balance, and functional performance in patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture (ACLr). This retrospective analysis included 48 male surgically-untreated ACLr who attended the Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Center, Qingdao Municipal Hospital, China between June 2017 2018. KT was applied to induce a detoning effect on quadriceps muscle toning ischiocrural muscles. Proprioception, were assessed...
Homocitrate synthase (acetyl-coenzyme A: 2-ketoglutarate C-transferase; E.C. 2.3.3.14) (HCS) catalyzes the condensation of acetyl-CoA (AcCoA) and α-ketoglutarate (α-KG) to give homocitrate CoA. Although structure an HCS has not been solved, isopropylmalate (IPMS), a homologue, solved (Koon, N., Squire, C. J., Baker, E. N. (2004) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 101, 8295−8300). Three active site residues in IPMS, Glu-218, His-379, Tyr-410, were proposed as candidates for catalytic involved...
Aim: This study aimed to analyze the early mental health (MH) and quality of life (QoL) discharged patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which can provide a scientific basis for further development intervention programs. Methods: In total, 108 subjects participated in this study, including an experimental group (90 diagnosed COVID-19 from March April 2020 hospitalized Wuhan China Resources & WISCO General Hospital, Wuhan, China, 83.3%) control (18 healthy participants, 16.7%)....
Homocitrate synthase (acetyl-coenzyme A:2-ketoglutarate C-transferase; E.C. 2.3.3.14) catalyzes the condensation of AcCoA and α-ketoglutarate to give homocitrate CoA. The enzyme was found be a Zn-containing metalloenzyme using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Dead-end analogues were used obtain information on topography binding site. α-carboxylate α-oxo groups are required for optimum coordinate active site Zn. Optimum positioning α-carboxylate, α-oxo, γ-carboxylate is likely...
This paper reports on a study that investigated the changes of demotivation to learn English over four college years among Chinese as Foreign Language Learners (EFL) from perspective Activity Theory. Semi-structured interviews were conducted fifteen EFL learners in China. The interview data analyzed by means content analysis explore participants and reasons why their changed. results revealed that: 1) interviewees experienced during years, with stronger first fourth year; 2) dynamic...
Highlights•For chronic neck pain, online exercise therapy can improve physical and mental state•For be an alternative treatment option•Clear demonstration with video conferencing is essential in therapySummaryThis study aimed to compare the efficacy of conventional for young adults pain. A randomized clinical trial recruiting 35 university students self-reported pain was conducted. The experimental group receiving 6-week active control same face-to-face therapy. Visual analogue scale (VAS)...
Shoulder is the most injured part in table tennis players, and it takes multiple roles transmitting power striking center of ball during stroke. Proprioception strongly correlated with high level athletic performance. It customary to assume that there a correlation between proprioception muscle strength therefore proprioceptive assessment rehabilitation often neglected. To investigate isokinetic internal external rotation groups elite Chinese male provide reference for physical training...
PURPOSE:To investigate the effect of core stability training in rehabilitation Scapular Dyskinesis(SD) overhead athletes. METHODS:Twenty four athletes with SD were randomized into two groups: trial group(n = 12) received and scapular muscles over a period five weeks controls training. Activation during movement, position scapula, function shoulder compared before after RESULTS:1. movement training:(1)During flexion, MVC% UT group was lower than control group(20.94 ± 4.90 vs 32.9 5.21, p <...
Background: In recent years, it is reported that non-invasive brain stimulation [including transcranial direct current (tDCS) and repetitive magnetic (rTMS)] could improve lower limb function in patients after stroke. However, some studies showed no effect. the present study, we aimed to make a meta-analysis assess effect of on Methods: Studies exploring tDCS or rTMS stroke were searched PubMed, Web Science, EMBASE, Medline, Google Scholar before March 2021. Meta-analysis was made summarize...
