We document a prominent abnormal stock return of –14% during the [–120, +20] day window around 482 lockup expirations in split‐share structure reform China. The returns (selling volumes) are positively (negatively) correlated with firm information transparency and postreform performance improvement, but negatively (positively) related to level agency problems, suggesting existence information‐based trading lockups. present important evidence that institutional investors, especially mutual...

Outsourcing remanufacturing is an important way to achieve resource recycling, green manufacturing and carbon neutrality goals. To analyze the impact of trade on manufacturing/remanufacturing under outsourcing remanufacturing, this article builds a game model between original equipment manufacturer (OEM) remanufacturer policy. In model, compares policy unit retail price, sales volume, revenue, environmental impact, consumer surplus new remanufactured products. The research mainly draws...

Abstract In source detection in the Tianlai project, locating interferometric fringe visibility data accurately will influence downstream tasks drastically, such as physical parameter estimation and weak exploration. Considering that traditional methods are time-consuming supervised require a great quantity of expensive labeled data, this paper, we first investigate characteristics fringes simulation real scenario separately, integrate an almost parameter-free unsupervised clustering method...

Knowledge is the resource that contributes most to an organisation’s competitiveness. Construction projects usually introduce project teams from different disciplines. Hence, knowledge in complex and difficult manage. To efficiently manage projects, various strategies tools have been applied over years support management (KM). Building information modelling (BIM) a technology has recently gained lot of attention construction industry. The main feature BIM object-oriented parametric with...

China is the fastest urbanizing area in world. Nowadays, increasingly complex urban systems not only create more socioeconomic output (such as GDP), but also bring infrastructural costs, which intensifies contradiction between large populations and relatively scarce resources. Thus, research has to focus on efficiency toward efficient, inclusive, sustainable urbanization instead of size. Aiming at "land" man-land relationship, size mainly explores location factors. However, proposed by...

In this article, we present an intelligent framework for 5G new radio (NR) indoor positioning under a monostatic configuration. The primary objective is to estimate both the angle of arrival and time simultaneously. This requires capturing pertinent information from antenna subcarrier dimensions receive signals. To tackle challenges posed by intricacy high-dimensional matrix, coupled with impact irregular array errors, design deep learning scheme. Recognizing that phase difference between...

The construction industry has increasingly realised the importance of knowledge.Accordingly, various strategies and tools have been applied over years to support knowledge management (KM).In particular, building information modelling (BIM) is a technology that recently emerged in industry.BIM an object-oriented parametric-based tool with features digital visualisation, life cycle simulation, coordination collaborative environment.Consequently, many studies conducted explore these four...

Current multi-object tracking (MOT) aims to predict trajectories of targets (i.e.,"where") in videos. Yet, knowing merely "where" is insufficient many crucial applications. In comparison, semantic understanding such as fine-grained behaviors, interactions, and overall summarized captions (i.e., "what") from videos, associated with "where", highly-desired for comprehensive video analysis. Thus motivated, we introduce Semantic Multi-Object Tracking (SMOT), that estimate object meanwhile...

Abstract ABC field is located in offshore Peninsula Malaysia where recently a redevelopment project was undertaken to target the unswept oil via drilling horizontal wells. Offset well’s performance suggested highly dynamic fluid contact movement with reservoir sweep being non-uniform. Fluid types were expected have low resistivity contrast and vertical depth uncertainty of structure adding complexity landing section drilling. Abstract. Sustainable development requires monitoring the state and changes of city providing appropriate information to users anytime anywhere. This paper takes Ningbo City as research area, by utilizing two temporal (March 25, 2012 November 2013) ZY-3 satellite remote sensing data. 3S technology is used for urban grid management. The extraction includes: building change information, green space water analysis eutrophication correspondingly. When extracting we take "change information" a...

In order to solve the problem of data shortages resulting from long revisit period and cloud contamination in high resolution imagery, this paper proposed a fusion model for generating spatial temporal images based on semi-physical method improved ESTARFM(enhanced adaptive reflectance model). The result shows that new can produce more precise than ESTARFM take full use data.
