Abstract The paper presents a certain method of analysing the dynamics belt transmission. A flat transmission model developed by us was presented. For analysis, it assumed 5PK belt. discrete model, being system rigid beams interconnected with flexible and shock-absorbing elements, used. To account for mutual influence between pulleys, Kelvin–Voigt contact GMS friction also implemented, which allows all basic known phenomena to be taken into account. this purpose, vector generalized...
The paper presents a two-dimensional model of belt transmission for dynamic analysis. It is assumed that the modelled by links joined spring-damping elements with its rotational and translational stiffness. Normal forces in contact between pulleys are implemented assuming stiffness damping, whereas friction Dahl model. calculation results also presented two specific cases load transmission.
Abstract The paper presents a model for dynamic analysis of belt transmission. A twodimensional discrete was assumed consisting rigid bodies joined by translational and torsion spring-damping elements. In the model, both contact dry friction including creep were taken into consideration belt-pulley interaction. with stiffness damping between contacting surfaces used to describe phenomenon, whereas simplified assumed. Motion transmission is triggered under influence torque loads applied on...
In this paper it has been presented a research stand that allows to measure static and dynamic friction parameters between the belt pulley in transmission. The can be rebuilt three configurations measure: friction, so-called kinetic characteristics as well complete It of any belts transmissions occurring cars: flat belts, V-belts or poly-V except toothed belts. there are build-in torque force sensors – engine tension belt, rotation displacement measuring angular velocities pulleys slack part...
The paper presents the results of experimental measurements static friction forces between a poly-V belt 5pk and pulley on specialised research stand. An average effective coefficient is assumed depending wrap angle preload force. Different shapes positions curves measured values for lower angles are found, with similar in set higher angles. Nelder-Mead optimisation method proposed to approximate by nonlinear function achieve good accordance. dependence rest time also presented.
This article presents the results of measurements a belt transmission with poly-V 5PK, most often used in industry, especially industrial drives, agricultural machines and automotive industry. The main goal works was to obtain dependence slip value on measured, relatively high values resistance torque. For this purpose, series were made using specialised research stand consisting two alternating current motors attached pulleys. It considered four cases pre-tensioning force. In each cases,...
