Vanadium chloromethoxide was prepared by the methanolysis of VCl4. The addition water with a H2O:vanadium molar ratio ranging between 0 and 16 changed solution color from green to deep blue at rate increasing concentration. Abstract The temperature effect on VO 2 thin films synthesized by RF sputtering their morphological, optical, electrical properties and activity in the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue naproxen was studied.
