We propose a novel dual-guided photonic crystal fiber(DPCF), which can support orbital angular momentum (OAM) mode as many 68 in communication bands. The design of DPCF with special structure is used to transmit different OAM modes simultaneously. numerical analysis shows that effective index differences are larger than 10<sup>-4</sup>, helpful reduce crosstalk and ensure stable transmission. This would have potential application high capacity division multiplexing transmission systems.
