Abstract Since August 2014, a monitoring survey at frequency of 111 MHz has been conducted on the Large Phased Array (LPA) radio telescope P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute (LPI). We report discovery bright pulse having dispersion measure ( DM ) equal to 134.4 ± 2 pc cm –3 , peak flux density Sp 20 4 Jy and half-width 211 6 ms.
