Wi-Fi networks are widely deployed for provision of Internet-centric data services. Since the inception network in 1997 with its technical specification rooted IEEE 802.11 standard, much progress higher throughput has been made. Currently popular 802.11n 2.4/5 GHz can deliver 600 Mb/s over a 40 MHz channel, which works well most types services, and later version based on 802.11ac is able to transmit at about 7 Gb/s. A simple configuration consisting an AP multiple stations bidirectional...

Task-execution times are one of the most important parameters in scheduling tasks. Most algorithms based on assumption that either worst-case task-execution known to scheduler or no information execution is available at all. While tasks can guarantee meet their timing requirements, it may lead severe under-utilization CPUs because could be two orders magnitude larger than corresponding actual values. Scheduling time distribution (instead times) improve system utilization significantly. In...

This paper proposes a multi-channel MAC protocol that provides QoS for ad-hoc networks based on the IEEE 802.11 DCF mode. The standard gives methodologies and examples contention-based distributed coordination systems only single channel. To overcome this limited channel usage, many studies how it works in environment have been performed. 802.11e has proposed priority schemes operate However, we combine concept supporting with protocol. Thus, can achieve advantage of provide real-time users.
