Never before have the Philippines media given so much play to voters with disabilities than in 2013 mid-term elections. Government and civil society initiatives make electoral exercises disability-inclusive increased awareness of attention these voters. Of special interest is how two news organizations that got involved campaign advocating political rights persons managed issues hound journalists when they walk tightrope between advocacy impartial reporting.

Investigative reports can now be candidates for creative output at the University of Philippines even as criteria getting them counted such remain steep.
