Due to increasing penetration of the wind and photovoltaic power in system, quality has become a major concern. This paper proposes new way for smoothing fluctuation hybrid wind-PV generation. Hence battery energy storage system (BESS) fast dynamic response it's feasible work, is used this paper. As it cost much, focuses on reducing decrease total fluctuation. control includes capacitor. Matlab was aided verify performance method under different sun profile. Results show benefits proposed model.
