Abstract Both Sb-doped Germanium and Ge-Si solid solution single crystals with resistivity from 1.5 to 7 Ω·cm were grown using the Czochralski method. The optical transmission of stability their properties studied by infrared Fourier spectroscopy at a wavelength 10.6 μm temperature range 25 60 °C. It was found that decreasing background impurities concentration leads reduction absorption room while not affecting thermal properties. Thermal germanium increases adding 0.2 0.8 % silicon.

Biosilica-based adsorbents prepared from rice husk, sequentially modified with polymeric polyamines and carboxyarsenazo were proposed for the preconcentration of 13 lanthanides, La, Sc, Y. It is shown that adsorbent quantitatively extracted rare earth elements (REEs) solutions pH 3.5–6.5.

The title compound, cadmium bismuth dioxide chloride, CdBiO2Cl, was obtained as a white powder by reaction of solid BiOCl with CdO at 973 K. Ab initio crystal structure determination carried out using X-ray diffraction techniques, including direct methods for atom location and Rietveld fitting the final refinement. Being monoclinic, can be related to tetragonal Sillen layered phases. main structural elements present are CdBiO2+ pleated metal-oxygen layers alternating Cl along c axis, whereas...

Oxygen impurities and optical properties of Sb-doped germanium single crystals were investigated with Fourier transformed infrared spectrometry. The effect oxygen on crystal structure was shown. effects annealing in the temperature range 623–723 K behavior dissolved have been investigated. It found that at lower partial pressure leads to formation thermal donors (TD) basis atoms. established TD decrease unbound concentration is accompanied by increase stability crystals.

Oxygen impurity in Germanium single crystals has been characterized using Fourier transformed infrared spectrometry. The were grown by Czochralski method an argon atmosphere. oxygen concentration was determined on optical density from the absorption band at 843 cm − 1 . It established that dissolved is variable 0,2·10 16 to 1,3·10 сm 3 maximum shifts toward 856 when its increases under influence of annealing containing atmosphere with ≤ 10 −3 Па.
