In this paper, Nb-doped WO3 nanowires were successfully prepared using a low-temperature, hydrothermal method. The physicochemical properties of pristine and determined by means X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX), photoelectron (XPS) UV-vis (UV-vis). photocatalytic those nanomaterials are evaluated on the basis their ability to degrade methylene blue (MB) in an aqueous solution under simulated sunlight...

Recently, 2D-MXene materials have attracted much attention. However, their low adsorption capacities for metal ions limited application in nuclear wastewater disposal. Here, we describe the unprecedentedly high by Ti3C2Tx removal of radionuclides a simple and efficient surface modification strategy. We produced an Alk-Ti3C2Tx material possessing desirable properties such as wide layer spacing abundant active sites, with excellent ability to remove barium from aqueous solution. Maximum Ba2+...

One-dimension noble nanomaterials have promising applications in many fields, and their growth pattern control is significant to property modulation. Herein, we report a facile strategy with which the of Ag on Au nanorod (NR) or decahedral nanoparticle (NP) surface can be precisely controlled various structured Ag/Au NRs synthesized. Achievement mainly attributed adjustable reaction kinetics Ag– Ag0. Slow moderate rate favor asymmetrical growth, producing Au-tipped Ag–Au–Ag NRs,...

Efficient and irreversible capture of radioactive nuclides is an important environmental protection task when disposing nuclear wastewater. This paper uses "ion trapping" concept to design efficient adsorbent based on a metal-organic framework (MOF), for removal strontium from Two functionalized MOFs were achieved by the introduction sulfate or oxalate into pore structure MOF-808, giving MOF-808-SO4 MOF-808-C2O4, respectively. These MOF-808 materials exhibit excellent ability remove Sr2+...

Mixed halide wide-bandgap (WBG) perovskites, widely used as a top-cell absorber in tandem solar cells, exhibit severe photoinduced phase segregation. A feasible solution is to exploit pure-iodide WBG essentially increasing Cs content instead of Br achieve bandgap widening. However, the efficiency pure-iodine perovskite cells (PSCs) reported so far has been inferior that typical mixed PSCs due complex nucleation and transition processes, leading poor crystallization quality high density...

Glyphosate [N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine] has been described as the ideal herbicide because of its unique properties. There is some conflicting information concerning structures and conformations involved in protonation process glyphosate. Protonation may influence chemical physical properties glyphosate, modifying structure processes which it involved. To better understand species solution associated with changes pH, thermodynamic study (potentiometry, calorimetry NMR spectroscopy) about...

MicroRNA-132 (miR‑132) has been reported to play a tumor suppressive role in different human malignancies. However, its and underling mechanism hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains poorly defined due lack of target gene information. In the present study, we demonstrated that mean level miR‑132 tissues was significantly lower than matched tumor-adjacent tissues, expression negatively correlated with differentiation (P<0.01), TNM stage (P<0.01) lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Abstract Due to stable and high power conversion efficiency (PCE), it is expected that silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells will dominate the photovoltaic market. So far, highest PCE of SHJ-interdigitated back contact (IBC) has reached 26.7%, approximately approaching theoretical Shockley–Queisser (SQ) limitation 29.4%. To break through this limit, multijunction devices consisting two or three stacked subcells have been developed, which can fully utilize sunlight by absorbing different...
