Biodiesel from jatropha, neem and cottonseed were produced their compositions analyzed using gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy. The results revealed that the oils are reliable sources of biodiesel renewable, hence have a potential to partially meet energy demands in an eco-friendly manner. biodiesels jatropha contained 91.97% methyl ester, 70.2% whereas cotton 89.75% ester. The greater proportion prolific ester is mono-saturated octa-decanoate which contributes 53.44% by volume. This has...
In this paper, steady laminar boundary layer flow of a Newtonian fluid over flat plate in uniform free stream was investigated numerically when the surface is heated by forced convection from hot fluid. This good model many situations involving fins that are relatively widely spaced. All solutions given here were with constant properties and negligible viscous dissipation for two-dimensional, steady, incompressible zero pressure gradient. The similarity solution has shown its efficiency to...
ABSTRACT The present study concerns, from the angle of numerical simulation, a laminar flow in plane duct with simultaneously developing velocity and temperature profiles. It is assumed that fluid Newtonian, viscous, incompressible, uniform constant physical properties. problem heat transfer analyzed for both wall flux boundary conditions. basic equations governing flow, including continuity, momentum, energy, are solved numerically. Dimensionless variables introduced to simplify proposed...
In this study, we performed a numerical simulation of two-dimensional laminar fluid flow and heat transfer in plane duct, where the temperature velocity fields are simultaneously developed under both uniform wall constant flux boundary conditions. To formulate problem mathematically, utilized continuity, momentum, energy equations, incorporating dimensionless variables to simplify our approach. Next, used an explicit finite difference method scheme discretize these reducing numerically...
Vehicle exploitation in different traffic conditions and on terrains often requires use of the brake system, which further influences increment temperature executive organs, as well system efficiency decrement violation safety. This paper is based exactly this subject, research was conducted laboratory test rig, simulates quarter vehicle. Three investigations were for one vehicle, during vehicle speed braking pressure same, only variable air flow (0 km?h-1, 7 10 km?h-1) around disc brake,...
Correct determination of deceleration is very important from the aspect investigation traffic accidents, because vehicle involved in accident key importance for preparation a quality finding and opinion expert. In this paper it was conducted how change pressure affects temperature brake couple later reflected braking distance. order to find influences deceleration, experimental investigation. The on test rig, which simulates process quarter mass, four different pressures: 2 MPa, 3 4 5 MPa....
The braking system is one of the most important elements in vehicle systems from aspect safety, besides steering and internal combustion engine. During process, disc pads absorb a large amount kinetic energy that converted to heat. Owing this frictional heating, it necessary compute temperature distribution will be appeared during which main goal research paper. There are many factors can influenced heat generated. One significant applied pressure by brake pad on disc. results proved when...
Abstract Basic understanding of vehicle’s lateral dynamics may be achieved by using relatively simple mathematical-mechanical models. However, these models are often linearized and do not take into account nonlinear phenomena in highly nonstationary nature vibrations real driving conditions. One form model is developed this paper. Simulations were conducted experimentally recorded values the steering wheel angle for generation front wheels steer angle, vehicle longitudinal velocity as inputs...
This paper presents the stresses and deformations of assembly automotive single plate clutch depending on applied materials.Structural analysis was performed by using finite element method for a repressive vehicle example -Toyota KUN 25.First, input data numerical calculated.Numerical in ANSYS software package. As result, values that occur during exploitation are obtained.
According to the World Health Organization, air pollution with PM 10 and 2.5 (PM-particulate matter) is a significant problem that can have serious consequences for human health. Vehicles, as one of main sources emissions, pollute environment both by creating particles burning fuel in engine, wearing various elements some vehicle systems. In this paper, authors conducted prediction formation generated wear braking system using neural network (Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)). case, model...
We present an investigation through numerical analysis (FEM) of the solution contact problem in friction clutch systems during engagement manoeuver. The case high pressure between sliding elements a system (flywheel, and plate) has been also considered. A finite element model dry (single disc) to estimate distributions under different working conditions developed main findings are discussed. Furthermore, effect modules elasticity (contact stiffness) on distribution mating surfaces was...
The health and productivity of aquatic creatures in aquaculture systems depend on maintaining ideal water quality conditions. production seafood worldwide is significantly influenced by aquaculture. Conventional monitoring techniques can entail lengthy processes, are rare, lack the promptness necessary to prevent alleviate unfavourable circumstances. This study proposes a novel method for real time aquaculture, utilising cloud-based analytics Internet Things (IoT) sensors. Within facilities,...
The limited quantities of oil reserves and the exhaust emissions from IC engines have become a threat to existence engines. One best solutions problem is use alternative fuels.Hydrogen an fuel that called future.A disadvantage hydrogen its high combustion speed.Experimental results were used for determination inputs numerical analysis. The analysis performed 3D model engine in order determine working parameters (pressure temperature). The main goal this study investigate possibility modifying...
