We present Standard Model predictions for lepton flavour universality ratios of inclusive $B\to X_{(c)} \ell \bar\nu_\ell$. For the $\ell=\mu,e$, these are very close to unity as expected. $\tau$ mode, we update SM prediction branching ratio including power-corrections in heavy-quark expansion up $1/m_b^3$. These serve an important cross-check exclusive D^{(*)}\ell\bar\nu_\ell$ modes, which tensions exists between and measurements those modes.
