In order to detect Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) quickly and accurately, a portable electronic nose system was developed which including signal acquisition module, valve control embedded modules. Three sensors were used measure methane, ethanol formaldehyde gas. We three-way two kinds of gas, in avoid the noise zero reference subtracted with gas being tested. There are many problems of vibration and noise in combine working. As the main power source excitation a combine, working state an engine directly affects reliability stability whole harvester.
