The objective of this study was to evaluate the potential twenty maize cultivars in industrial processing grated corn for pamonha. Data were obtained ear weight with husks, no weight, residue husk and kernel depth under three storage conditions (processed on day harvest or after seven days storage, without refrigeration). results showed that AG 1051 hybrid can be recommended production This high yield greatest reduced weight. It was realized, during the 1981/82 period, in field conditions, at School of Agronomy, Universidade Federal de Goias, a National Test Saccharine Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor), formed by ten cultivars supplied government and private institutions that produce sell sorghum seeds Brazil. Hybrid varieties showed similar behavior. BR-602 presented higher yield hysks without straw (24.44 t/ha), statistically equal to variety BR-501 (26.97 t/ha) which weight juice (13.51 t/ha).
