A method for fabricating large-area patterned carbon nanotube field emitters is reported. Carbon films were prepared by first depositing and patterning a transition metal catalyst film on substrate then heating the in hydrocarbon atmosphere. The catalytically grown had high emission current density of about 100–1000 mA cm−2 at low macroscopic electric 10–15 V μm−1. Electron from was observed 1–5 I–V curve obeyed Fowler–Nordheim (FN) relationship density, but field, deviated FN due to defects...

Electrical machines are important devices that convert electric energy into mechanical work and widely used in industry people’s life. Undesired vibrations harmful to their safe operation. Reviews from the viewpoint of fault diagnosis have been conducted, while summaries perspective dynamics is rare. This review provides systematic research outlines this field, which can help a majority scholars grasp ongoing progress conduct further investigations. mainly generalizes publications past...

Stator current modeling for defective planetary gearboxes based on magnetic equivalent circuits (MEC) is conducted in this article. A lumped parameter torsional model of the motor-planetary gearbox coupling system established to obtain nonlinear time-variable response rotor numerically. An MEC an induction motor by connecting flux tubes with nodes. After considering response, field intensity iron material, and saturation, iterative numerical integration method presented solve model. Both a...

Abstract The magnetic characteristics of Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys can be influenced by temperature. conventional dynamic Jiles–Atherton (J-A) hysteresis model does not take into consideration the impact that temperature has on characteristics. A novel variable-temperature J-A is proposed in this paper to effectively address issue. Firstly, loops are measured at −50 °C–130 °C and DC state. five parameters identified various temperatures using particle swarm optimization algorithm,...

Ultrathin silicon dioxide films have been prepared on a Mo(110) substrate at relatively low temperature (<100 °C) by evaporating in an oxygen background. The SiO2 were characterized Auger electron, electron energy loss, and IR reflection absorption spectroscopies. At temperatures, the are amorphous, consisting of networks [SiO4] tetrahedra units with limited size. Upon post-annealing, small fuse together, become more ordered. In turn, electronic properties approach those vitreous silica.

Semi-insulating freestanding GaN substrates were produced by hydride vapor phase epitaxy using intentionally introduced iron impurity atoms to compensate residual donors in GaN. Variable temperature resistivity measurements determined the of an iron-doped sample be ∼3 × 105 Ω cm at 250 °C. The activation energy carrier was 0.51 eV and room ∼2 109 linear fitting extrapolation temperature. Near-infrared photoluminescence 1.6 K exhibited sharp emission 1.3 eV, associated with 4T1(G) →6A1(S)...

Magnetic field interference poses a significant challenge to the efficient operation of ultrahigh-sensitivity ultra-weak magnetic measurements. Especially in magnetoencephalography (MEG), there is an urgent need for high-performance, low-noise shielding devices. To further suppress noise and improve sensitivity MEG measurement, this paper proposes permalloy P-N (Permalloy + Nanocrystalline) box. A calculation model based on fluctuation-dissipation theory proposed predict accurately. The...
