The purpose of this study is to diagnose and analyse the overcharge overdischarge fault lithium ion battery. Through dynamic simulation model, phenomenon for automotive lithium-ion battery (LIB) was discussed, diagnosis effect summarized. results show that analysis LIB can achieve good results. It certain application value with different parameters. Therefore, it’s concluded faults are likely jeopardize using batteries, which should attract more attention relevant automobile manufacturers.
