Retinal prostheses aim to restore vision in individuals affected by degenerative conditions, such as age-related macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa. Traditional approaches, including implantable electrode arrays optogenetics, often require invasive surgery or genetic modification face limitations spatial resolution visual field size. While emerging nanoparticle-based methods offer minimally solutions, some of them rely on intense visible light, which may interfere with residual...

Inadequate or excess consumption of Vitamin B6 (Vit B6) can have ill effects on the overall well-being humans, thereby making it necessary to control their content and composition in food we consume. A simple sensor is fabricated this work for Vit detection based employing an electropolymerized molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) 3-amino benzoic acid. The poly (3- aminobenzoic acid) (P-(3ABA)) film was electrodeposited by potentiodynamic cycling potential with without (template) carbon fiber...

Electrodeposited polydopamine (pDA) on a stainless steel substrate was developed for electrochemical sensing of formaldehyde in fish samples. Experimental conditions such as influence scan rate, pH, and concentration were optimized. The pDA modified electrode sensitive enough to detect at potential 0.8 V an acidic aqueous solution. lLinear dynamic range the detection 0.43 1.60 μm under optimal conditions. quantitation limits found be 0.14 respectively. method effectively employed

Facile fabrication of enzyme immobilized carbon nanospheres (CNS) based catalysts with high electrical conductivity and catalytic efficiency are decisive importance for their electrocatalysis. A novel, green highly efficient synthesis route is reported here the development an electrode surface enhanced better activity electrochemical heliotropin. The obtained biowaste (mango seed kernels) was pyrolyzed subjected to acid treatment form functionalized CNS (f-CNS). fiber paper (CFP) employed as...

Excessive usage of food additives needs to be extensively examined and regulated. Herein, we report the development an exceptionally proficient practical electrochemical sensor for quantitative determination 4-hexylresorcinol (4-HR) in shrimps using a molecularly imprinted conducting polymer. By electropolymerizing 2-aminothiazole (AT) on surface carbon fibre paper electrode (CFP) presence 4-HR polymer films were developed. Bulk-electrolysis was used produce definite imprinting sites...
