Salinization of soil is one the most important environmental issues in arid and semi-arid areas. Accordingly, agricultural production ecological development have been profoundly influenced these regions. Therefore, it becoming increasingly to assess salinization its driving factors. However, salinity difficult accurately characterize by using single-factor linear models. Thus, necessary develop a robust modeling technique integrating multiple biophysical indicators quantitatively monitor...

Yellow River Basin in China, where streamflow dynamics were significantly impacted by human activities. We introduced a deep learning-based method, i.e., Data Integration (DI) with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), which leverages Global Flood Awareness System (GloFAS) data. Multiscale (Catchment, River) attributes incorporated into the DI LSTM to represent disturbances on land surface. employed this method reconstruct daily series 60 human-regulated catchments across Basin, and identified...

Lake ice phenology (LIP), hiding information about lake energy and material exchange, serves as an important indicator of climate change. Utilizing efficient technique to swiftly extract is crucial in the field research. The Bayesian ensemble change detection (BECD) algorithm stands out a powerful tool, requiring no threshold compared other algorithms and, instead, utilizing probability abrupt changes detect positions. This method predominantly employed by automatically extracting points...
