Peptide dendrimers are good candidates for diverse biomedical applications due to their biocompatibility and low toxicity. The local orientational mobility of groups with different radial localization inside is important characteristic drug gene delivery, synthesis nanoparticles, other specific purposes. In this paper we focus on the validation two theoretical assumptions dendrimers: (i) independence NMR relaxations excluded volume effects (ii) similarity mobilities side terminal segments...

In this paper we study two lysine-based peptide dendrimers with Lys-His-Arg and Lys-Arg-His repeating units terminal lysine groups. Combination of His Arg properties in a dendrimer could be important for biomedical applications, especially prevention aggregation penetration through various cell membranes. We describe the synthesis these confirmation their structure using 1D 2D Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. NMR spectroscopy relaxation are used to structural dynamic...

Peptide dendrimers, due to their biocompatibility and low toxicity, are highly promising candidates as nanocarriers for drugs genes. The development of this kind delivery system requires reliable monitoring metabolic biological pathways. In respect, hydrogen isotope labeling has tremendous importance, being a safe tool detection the labeled nanocarriers. work, we have synthesized new histidine-rich lysine-based dendrimers (Lys-2His dendrimer) with two linear histidine (His) residues in every...

The protonation of the carboxamide nitrogen atom is an essential part in vivo and vitro processes (cis-trans isomerization, amides hydrolysis etc). This phenomenon well studied geometrically strongly distorted amides, although there little data concerning undistorted amides. In latter case, participation amide hydrogen bonding (which can be regarded as incipient state a proton transfer process) less well-studied. Thus, it would worthy goal to investigate enthalpy this interaction. We...

Tetrabromomethane functions as an organic catalyst for non‐redox reactions of carbonyl species and, in particular, it enhances the aldehyde–acyl hydrazide condensation to give N ‐acyl hydrazones. This simple, inexpensive, and commercially available halomethane provides up 14‐fold acceleration Schiff reaction; kinetic data indicate that studied exhibits first order on CBr 4 . The catalytic activity is significantly higher than other halogen‐containing species, such CHX 3 or ArX (X = Cl, Br, I).
