We report a rare case of an unusual impacted foreign body (titanium mesh stent) in the hypopharynx and upper oesophagus 66-year-old gentleman. He was known patient with carcinoma mid-oesophagus admitted under gastroenterologists for dilatation carcinomatous stricture stent. During procedure titanium spring coil got displaced retropharyngeal space, submucosally oesophagus. referred to us surgical removal stent, which he underwent successfully. believe this be first such reported literature.
